I'm from south of Hungary, Pecs. After my catering school I worked for a few years in Budapest at some upscale restaurants. To learn more about cooking and the culinary industry I moved to Ireland. During my time there I visited many European countries to help master my craft. I have spent the past six years as Chef of DECKERS Restaurant. I love to work with local, fresh seafood to mix traditional Caribbean flavors with international cuisine. Outside work I am a family man with an amazing wife, beautiful little boy, and 3 dogs.
