I was born and raised on the prairies of mid-western Canada. My work in the culinary industry turned from an interest to a passion after moving to the Cayman Islands in 2006. There is no greater pleasure for me than working with professionals from around the globe all helping tourists and locals alike to create life long memories. For a person that enjoys a great meal paired with amazing wine there is no place I’d rather be. My wife Katie, and dog Dude, are loving life in the Caribbean.
